Open Public Digital Privacy Infrastructure Policy

Standard policy for all 0PN products and services uses the Convention 108+ Transparency Code of Conduct as standard digital privacy policy.

We will ask for your permission to use personal information - according to the purpose of use, and your legal authority to consent for its use, before we ask for, collect, and use it.

We will also be transparent about the scope of surveillance risk, for using and access this service, as this is not only fair, is a requirement for your consent to be valid.
